Change of Mind? No Problem

Our style doesn't fit you just right? No worries! You've got a solid 8 days from the moment our package lands at your doorstep to change your mind.

Want to Return or Exchange?

To initiate a return, visit our tracking page using your Order details and request return or exchange. Once confirmed, our agent will pick up your order from your doorstep in 2–3 business days.

Note: Please ensure the items are unused and that all the original accessories or tags are securely attached.

Return Approval

Once we receive your return request, we’ll arrange a doorstep pickup. After it reaches our facility, it undergoes an internal inspection before approval.

In case of an exchange, your new order will be processed accordingly. For refunds, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Note: Returns sent without an official request will not be accepted.
