ARE TAXES AND SHIPPING CHARGES INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?
Yes, all prices on our website include taxes and shipping charges unless stated otherwise at checkout. There are no hidden fees.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track it on our Tracking Page by entering your order number.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?

WHAT CAN I SHOP AT LIL'TOOTALL?
T-Shirts – Regular straight fit, made using solid-color heavyweight blanks with screen-printed designs in water-based and plastisol ink.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns within 8 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, visit our Returns Page using your Order details and request return. Once confirmed, our agent will pick-up your order from your doorsteps in 2-3 business days.
Note: Please ensure the items are unused and that all the original accessories or tags are securely attached.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Bangalore, India.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, we don't do International shipping at the moment.
CAN I MERGE MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERED INTO SINGLE SHIPMENT?
Yes, you can merge or split items from your order. But, it's not applicable once the order is in Ready to Ship, Cancelled or On the Way status.
Note: The Expected RTS date and time will be recalculated if you split or merge an order.
WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
We use leading shipping carriers such as Delhivery, EcomExpress, XpressBees, Smartr, and Amazon Transport Services, to provide a turnkey nationwide delivery network.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Yes, you may request for a change in location. We process orders quickly, so email contact@liltootall.com before the order is in Ready to Ship status to make the necessary changes.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel you order here. Orders can be canceled before it is in Ready to Ship status. After this, cancellations are not guaranteed as the order may have already been processed.
