How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically it takes 3-5 business days to receive your order. We’re doing our best to deliver it promptly for you. You can track your order here.
I never got my order, what to do?
Please make sure you tracked your order from our Tracking page. Or send us a message or drop a mail at contact@liltootall.com with your order ID, so our customer support can do the needful.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we don't do International shipping at the moment.
How often are designs restocked?
We do not oversell our designs. Once a design hits its benchmark number, it will not be remade.
Exchange and Return
What is your return policy and how can I return an item?
Items can be returned within 8 days of the delivery date. The returned item must be unused, in the original condition, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please send us a message or drop a mail at contact@liltootall.com with your order ID.
What is your policy for damaged, incorrect, or sale items?
In case your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please mail us at contact@liltootall.com with your order ID, and our customer support will immediately do the needful.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 4-7 days depending on your bank. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your bank before reaching out to our customer service team.

LTT products are exclusively available on our official website. We do not sell products at events or pop-up shops.
