HOW DOES PARTIAL COD WORK?

Pay ₹100 now to confirm your order.
Pay the remaining balance at delivery (Cash on Delivery).

WHY DOES IT SAY “AMOUNT NON-REFUNDABLE”?

Only the ₹100 advance payment you pay now is non-refundable.
The remaining amount is paid on delivery and follows our normal return/refund policy.

Exchange and Return

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Our style doesn't fit you just right? No worries! You've got a solid 8 days from the moment our package lands at your doorstep to change your mind.

To initiate a return, visit our tracking page using your Order details and request return or exchange. Our agent will pick-up your order from your doorsteps in 2-3 business days.

Note: Please ensure the items are unused and that all the original accessories or tags are securely attached.


Return Approval

Once we receive your return request, we’ll arrange a doorstep pickup. After it reaches our facility, it undergoes an internal inspection before approval, and in case of exchange, your new order will be processed accordingly, and in case of a refund, it will be credited back to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved,

Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 2–3 business days, depending on your bank.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The refund will be processed to the bank account details shared by you during the refund request on our return portal, within 2–3 business days after approval.

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time, please check with your bank before contacting our customer support team.
