Exchange and Return

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

To initiate a return, visit our tracking page using your Order details and request return or exchange. Once confirmed, our agent will pick-up your order from your doorsteps in 2-3 business days.

Note: Please ensure the items are unused and that all the original accessories or tags are securely attached.


Return Approval

Once we receive your return request, we’ll arrange a doorstep pickup. After it reaches our facility, it undergoes an internal inspection before approval, and in case of exchange, your new order will be processed accordingly, and in case of a refund, it will be credited back to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

Note: Returns sent without an official request will not be accepted.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 2-3 days depending on your bank. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your bank before reaching out to our customer service team.
